Go to the Rental module from the left navigation panel and open the agreements options.
Here you can see action button with every agreement.
click on that action button and a drop down menu will come select the Cut-Short option.
This option is for ending the agreement right away no matter when was it returning date.
When you select the option same agreement will be opened and you can modify it.
