Go to the Rental module from the left navigation panel and open the agreements options.
Here you can see action button with every agreement.
click on that action button and a drop down menu will come select the replace vehicle option.
When you click on it a new window will pop up.
You have to enter the details of the replacement vehicle and press save and by this you can simply replace the vehicle.

Note: Replacement can only be made on open agreements.
