. Vehicles
Under the “Vehicles” option, you would be able to add a new vehicle by clicking on the “Create New Vehicle” tab. Also, you can see a list of all the added vehicles in certain a hierarchal fashion. Moreover, it will allow you to sort out vehicles based on the status.
. Vehicle Types

Once you have added all the details and type, you can generate distinctive QR labels for each vehicle. Customizable sizes of QR labels will enable you to paste them either on key-chain or the door of your vehicle.
2. Inspection
As the name suggests, this module will enlist all the performed inspections in one place. Moreover, you will be able to choose dynamically between date range and vehicle to see what inspections were carried out. For instance, select a date range like 15/05/2020 – 20/05/2020, click on the “Search” tab and get the list of all the vehicles inspected in the meantime.
3. Administration
The administration module bestows full control over the management of the SCS App. So, go like a professional and grasp like a boss. The administration panel is also divided into further options.
. Branches
UK Vehicle Safety Check System (SCS) is a one-stop-solution. So, it offers you to manage as many branches as you want with this single system. Branches module allows you to add your business branches located at other territories, cities, and even in other countries.
. Safety Check Templates
The safety check process requires different things to inspect and record as per the vehicle type. For instance, what required for a PSV is different than the HGV does. So, to record the observations, you need different templates. Speed – UK Safety Check System (SCS) App offers three default templates that you can use initially.
. Roles
Roles option enables you to create a certain role with specified permissions. So, you are in full control to create a role and apply limitations or authorities.

Users tab lets you manage all the “users” that are logged in to your system. For instance, you have a manager to perform a daily walk-around vehicle check, you would be able to add him, assigning the role of safety manager from Roles tab, to allow him to use the App effectively.
. Languages
You can choose the language as per your region and native inclination. In this option there a dropdown list of languages of which you can select anyone. Is your language not listed? No problem, you can ask us to add it.
