Being a leasing operator means there is many toll data to be invoiced. It is a very tedious job to invoice road toll manually. Speed Vehicle Leasing Software (VLS) automates this process by using one of the below options:
- Fetching road toll data from toll authority using API provided by the toll authority.
- If there is no API interface provided by the toll authority, we have a smart component that can read toll data from the authority’s web portal.
- If none of the above options is available, we have the facility to upload toll data files provided by the authority.
Once toll data is inside the system, Speed Vehicle Leasing Software (VLS) automatically allocates it against lease agreements. After allocation, the system generates toll invoices as per billing rules.
