No More Traffic Fines Leakage with Traffic Fines Process Automation
Being a leasing operator, you receive many traffic fines on your lease vehicles from different authorities. If your process to charge traffic fines is not streamlined, then outstanding traffic fines become the company’s cost. - Fetching, traffic fines from different authorities using API provided by each authority.
- If there is no API interface available, we have a smart component that can read traffic fines from the authority’s web portal.
- Suppose none of the above options is available. In that case, we have the feature to upload traffic fines data files provided by the authorities or prepared manually by you.
- You can enter all traffic fines one by one if nothing works.
Once traffic fines data is inside the system, Speed Vehicle Leasing Software (VLS) automatically allocates it against lease agreements. After allocation, the system generates traffic fines invoices.
